Looks like the generic frame Cyclesport stuck ProLite decals on in the 90s. Not a great frame but would make a useable rider.

Never seen v-brakes and a "C.D." on a high-end freestyle bike, so must be a budget brand.

The biggest clue to this bike's origins is the chainguard tab welded on the chainstay. I.E catalogue bike.
