odyssey pro headset

Are these any good?

I have one i was going to use on a rider.
There the aluminium, needle bearing headsets.

I need to modify it so my gyro clears though so before i spend a couple of hours with a file, are these headsets ok?

well, alot of time with a file and the headset/gyro are working together :)

Odd headset though, hard to adjust it to get rid of all the play. Normaly i just nip up a headset untill theres no play then lock it off, but this you seem to have to crank it right down to get rid of the play. Still rotates smoothly and quickly so i guess its ok?

Anyone used one before?
