Another radster cut down in the line of duty. A big off at the Manc national resulted in a trip to hospital with torn ligaments in his shoulder....he'll be back. If not, I've got first dib dobs on his forks and Paul lever.

Cheers guys , it hurts like fook this morning . I have been to work but got sent home , but I have just had a call from my boss and he is going to take me to see the physiotherapist that deals the england cricket team, Freddie flintoff being one of his highest profile patients.

A big thank you to Andy Lennon who helped me get to the hospital and for Jamie (proclass35) for getting me home safely , you really know who your mates are in these situations.
