My bike is a 83 piranha and noticed a slight bent crank arm and not running true, so I just wondering what crown or spider set would people think I should use with the old style Cro-mo's? Does anyone know if they are hollow or just moulded as one solid crank piece?
Plus will I need any spacers for a three piece set Arms, Spider & Crown?
This is what I have at the moment.

Hi mate I think Ive seen it I was looking for a 83 NOS crank and I lost out on egay it went for £45+ my bike has date marks for 83 and it seems 85's are the only ones available?
The issue I've got is the whole bike has just been chromed and looks brand new sticking a used one would mean more chroming hence rather pay for a decent straight one?
if you have more pictures of it I'll tak another look fella?
cheers
Jay
One question can I stick my old 44t into a sugino one piece?

you should be able to. there is a large flat sided nut on th back of the chainwheel, that acts as the bearing run too. That need to come off, then the chainring will come loose. Most 1 piece chain wheels that I have seen, have the same internal diameter hole, i'd be very surprised if it didnt fit.
