Does this site have RSS feeds? It would be good to be able to subscribe to forums and it may also save the site on bandwidth

Good idea! Also good to keep up with the for sale forum and other notices that you may subscribe to. Stodgy is the man to sort this out

Yeah thats it - I have found that at present i have to view posts of for sale items i have no interest in else i wont get another notification email
