Just finishing off my MK'09 build... only to discover the pedals I thought were 9/16" are actually 1/2"....

Q: Are pedal axles a standard shape? ie. Are they interchangeable between brands (SR & Shimano?)

If the pedals are the same "shape" (eg DX copies) then you can sometimes swap the axles over ... but not always.
