Tange ARX fork thread size

Picked up some really nice Tange ARX forks, however I am not sure of the thread pitch on them as a normal headset doesn't screw on properly.

Does anyone know if they use a 24tpi thread?

Is it slightly finer compared to another fork? 26tpi was another standard, try some raleigh parts ;)

Sean ( see I can spell)  ;D

If ARX are the aero pro ones then they should be normal, as tange 125 fit fine , and i think they are 24tpi

maybe the headset is off ?
