Looking for some new axles and struggling to get hold of Skyway Axle Repair kit for front and rear axles

Oh and can ne1 provide me with a reasonably close-up shots of fitted axles on Tuff II's which will show me what order the nuts and washers are fitted when in the the forks and rear dropouts pls?
