I have asked the same question too , and STIDDS kindly came back with the following and i quote "Is this a plastic seat?  If so immerse the thing in hot water to make the seat more flexible and the remove the rear 1st."

So there you go , i havent tried it yet but they were doing my head in the other night , talk about tight  :LolLolLolLol:

Beware though, even with hot water it still isn't easy to remove the rails.  I have done it but you have to wrestle the seat.

Would a piledriver do the trick or do I need to hit it with a corkscrew 630 senton????
