Never knew they were made in the UK anyone know when they were made here?

I had a pair, via the UK distributor, in 1985. Didn't realise that they were UK made 'til years later though. Hope this helps.

I'd a pink pair for a while which were uk made.

Pretty sure they only did the plastic hub versions in the UK.

There was a regular ad in "freestyle bmx" which was mainly white / light coloured, and had loads of different coloured tuffs on it - It mentioned their new uk manufacturing facility.

Am guessing 1985 as well.

the manufacturing was in High Wycombe, there was a distributor called freewheeler in wellesbourne, near stratford.
