Could be a proto, but doesn't look like a stamp by Brain to me...
Might have been made by his partner back in the day, so could have rickman brazing...

But look kind of nice thou......

Remember seeing a Curtis in a bike shop in Didcot approx 1982 with identical forks.first time I've seen a pair since.

theres a few on here dude ,,the biggest has got to be nick (gashead) and daz bmx ,,mine won bike of the month in march
