no, but the high price is i think an attempt to filter out the ripp of merchants on theif bay     :tickedoff: ,  simmilar to 2 1/2 grand Leary , im sure if you were realy intrested in the bike you make the effort to contact the guy and sort out a deal, its a shame because measures like this to try to get round what are realy criminal activities, drives up prices for people who are genuin collectors such as us lot on here, without the measures implemented it would probably be in 1 to 1 1/2 grand mark, certainly worth that .

If them cranks are real it would be worth much more than 1.5k!

He should split it though.

Does nobody else think it odd that he's had the bike for 25 years but it's still all NOS?  Who was collecting stuff 25 years ago?

Is it the fork decals? They look the wrong way round to me, could be just me though.

The stub-bolt holding the chainwheel on doesn't look too healthy either, surely that can't be an original part?
Look at it against the b.b  ???  G.

Im sorry but all of the leary's ive seen are overpriced. Yes they are a classic bike but there has been loads of em around past 6months and this one even though its in good condition did'nt even make $700  ??? ??? ???

So how do the others expect to get £2,999.00  :uglystupid2: :uglystupid2:

Alot of stuff has droped quiet alot, take these Aerospeeds for instance, just made over £1000, they where going for over £2000 over a year ago  :-\  :-\ :-\

mmmm is nice ,don`t like layback`s on trickstar`s tho and yep forks stickers are on wrong . any chrome trickstar is worth good money as rare to find and if it was a rechrome ,good luck as a bitch to rechrome correct due to getting good chrome inside top tube seat section and front cross over bit .
i pleased i got my chrome trickstar but could kick myself for the one i could have had for 300 quid a few years ago that was mint

well he got the colour wrong on this as that ain`t baby blue as i know as took me ages to get right colour http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HUTCH-TRICK-STAR-BABY-BLUE-NOS-OLD-SCHOOL-BMX_W0QQitemZ170338788115QQcmdZViewItemQQptZCycling_Parts_Accessories?hash=item27a8fba313&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A12|66%3A2|39%3A1|72%3A1683|240%3A1318|301%3A1|293%3A1|294%3A50

see here ie rear trickstar (baby blue ) ignore  front one a s not correct colour and will be redone at some point as have a colour match for that now
