When I was a kid about 12 I made these bars

They were originally burner bars I think then if I remember correctly I attacked them with a scaffold bar and rebent them

Then cut the v brace out

Then cut up a piece of tube from god knows

Then filed it and arc welded it in

But as I recall I had never used a welder before just watched my mates dad then used his welder 2 do the job when he wasn't about
