Lesser spotted t/a XL
« on: May 31, 2009, 06:39 PM »
Must be the freakish almost summer-like weather up here in Scotland...this little blighter hadn't been seen in the wild for over 5 years preferring it's usual habitat of a cardboard box in the garage  :LolLolLolLol:

Since it was out and about I finally got my arse in gear enough to put the decals on (aint 100% happy with em but I figure it's an acquired skill so might not be done n dusted yet).  Other than that got the build started with a Tange lp125 and Tuf neck. If the good weather holds I might get this finished by the end of the year  :D

Cheers boys this one is for the wall/carpet when I eventually get it built but I'm trying to make it as good as I can and I've been bricking it about the decals for yonks and putting it off.  Managed to sort out my white t/a this week as a sort of training exercise so I decided enough was enough today and started the thing.  Will obviously post pics when I get it done proper but couldn't resist putting some up meantime  8).  Naked in the box it looked good but decalled up in the sun it just looks lush and I fookin love t/a's me....cue 'owt like this' comments  :LolLolLolLol:

those parts look nice :daumenhoch:

Aye man they look sweet cheers again  :daumenhoch:.  I was bricking it on the headset instal but it came through pretty much unscathed so am chuffed...so far!

You've had your fair share of T/A's Dave   :coolsmiley:

You could always do another   ;)

Would it be a chrome one or a white one ?  ;)

Just as a matter of interest what is the toptube lengths on a standard TA vs an XL TA  ???

I take it that is the only difference between the two, or are the rear stays stretched a little too?

Cracking Bikes/Frames up there BTW ^^^^^^  :smitten:
