Going to look at some BMX's tonight, but some of them I have never heard of, and was just wondering if they are any good, or if anyone wants them ?

Guy on the phone says he has;

Mongoose
1984 mightygoose
chrome oval tubing Burner
cyclecraft
Freeagent.

Some have mags on not sure what type though.

anyone shed some light on these ?  I know about the burners and the monggose, but never heard of a mightygoose. Also found the cyclepro on the bmxmuseum site.

Thanks,
Mark

If it's an old school FreeAgent then there a couple of people on here who might be interested.

Hi Mark, how you doing ? Yeah we met at the Beaulieu show when I brought my Kaliber car down  :daumenhoch:

Not sure how rare/valuable the Mity's are. They come up now and again on U.S ebay. Mine is a resto case, it's all there though. It's in the pit bike resto queue behind the Mini Viper and the Mini Team Burner  :D

Cheers

It's not strictly for Escorts, but to be honest most of the members there have an old school Ford of some description. There are normally a few for sale on there. There's a seriously nice MK2 RS2000 Turbo (Pinto) on there for sale at the moment, and quite a few members have Cossie Turbos in their rides.

I've been with the site since it started, and it's just like here. Very friendly and almost never any bitching, unlike alot of the other forums. Well worth a visit  :daumenhoch:

I'm Gmac on their too (management team) if you need anything  :)

Right I went to look at the bmx's, here's what I saw (I no expert tho)

Amaco (spelling), complete bike all orig had 1981 - 1983 decals on it finished in chrome, very good.
Mitygoose, all chrome with black mags ! seat not orig but generally in good nick.
Freeagent, this was a race bike prob early 90's in chrome, good components fitted.

Burner was a pro one i think finished in chrome it had funny blue/yellow and red i think striped decals and tange forks, fatter oval tubing at the rear, kashimax seat, dia comp brakes, oval araya's.

Cyclepro now this was pure ali, with titanium forks, pure race bike very very light. circ early 90's again I think

so can someone give me any figures what they are worth, I have some real crap pics from my phone which i will put up tomorrow.

Ta,

Mark

I might be interested if it turn's out to be an 80's FA. You can tell by the decals, 80's are on 'old script style' and 90's are 'block style'

Yes looks like a 80's freeagent then, PM how much you wanna pay for one, and i'll see what the guy is willing to take.

Here's some pics (a bit dark but you might get the idea).

Freeagent

Burner

Mitygoose

He also had this Amaco from 1983 I recon, all complete and in good condition. I will try and get better pics tonight if they are still there !

It might be a Limo, but from that picture it's difficult to tell. Looks like it might be a mini
