For me it is just that i have built all i wanted to build and if i want to buy anything else i need to flog some stuff. I then looked at everything i had left and thought foook it, flog the lot and clear the decks then start again. I am selling at 30-40% less than what it cost me just cos i have had enough of hangin onto stuff. I know i will loose money as i bought when the market was at the top but i would rather pass the stuff on and have some cash than hang on to the stuff for years hoping it will go up in value
