Mongoose Cali Rider

Well got hold of a mongoose Cali F&F last summer for buttons with a few nice bits on it (mainly spec parts like crank, spider etc) but the chrome was quite shot so decided to get it powdered and use it as a nice rider.

Big thanks to all who helped out with parts etc but because I can't remember names etc i've decided to leave the rundown off......all I will say is I stripped, polished and re-built the wheels myself 

Like I say was always to be built as a nice rider so here it is....

But 1 tiny thing i have noticed mate  the forks seem to be set backwards

  I'll have to have a look at that tonight. I did check them before I put the stickers on but you have me worried now..............might need to get the hairdryer out

looks the dogz nutz mate, dont listen to snav...he lives in the north-west your in the north-east so it doesnt matter

Didn't want to worry you Dale   its just that i have seen it many times where people put the forks on backwards and then end up having to get new decals  the forks are supposed to lean forwards mate  looks like yours are leaning backwards  may just be the picture angle

Looks like it's just the angle of the picture as they definitely lean forward slightly

Defo look like they are backwards to me  have a look in the catalogues and you'll see what i mean

I reckon they must be bent??? I'll get some pics up tomorrow and show you the both ways as they now look wrong both ways but slightly better the way they are
