Found this 'Slingshot' mountain bike frame for sale? not seen one of these before...have you?

i've seen one of those b4, there used to be one in a shop window of a design agency in Leigh on Sea

Can the wires ever be replaced and then re-tensioned on a Slingshot? ??? :-\ ??? :-\
