A couple of updates to my Hawk XXL
« on: May 02, 2009, 09:44 AM »
I have finally had the parts delivered that I was waiting for.

For Laz and JJ the tensioners have been removed and replaced with some VG Flowers which has allowed the rear wheel to move forward in the dropout and the brake to fit better.  For Joe the crank bolts have been cut down.  I have also added a Bomber Space Babes number plate and Bomber number, with a new Bomber stem pad.

I will add this bike to May's BOTM, lets hope at some stage a mid-school bike can win it.  This era is rapidly becoming my favourite era.

Looks great.
One question. Do the flowers stop the back wheel from moving or just protect the drop out?
