Helmet Woes....but not the purple kind
« on: April 30, 2009, 09:29 PM »
My six six one full facer arrived today...size xl but i think it is too small..feels pretty tight to say the least...my nose is just about scrapping the mouth trap area and it after a minute it was starting t hurt the sides of my head a little....now i aint worn a full facer for years but surely that cant be right??

I measured my head as per the six six one website sizing guide too...Am I doomed?

I think the Troy Lee that I have is XL/XXL.

You might also want to try a large or XL THE helmet as I tried one of those on in medium, and although it was tight, my head still fit inside it.

Dingo,

your bonce is so large it has it's on moon!!!!

Seriously though, 661 are very small fitting and the chin/mouth piece always seem to sit pretty close to your face.

Fox, Troy Lee and THE in an XL would probably fit you loads better.
