Phil (Wolfy) took a bit of a spill last night at gate practice at The Bay just before I got there and was taken off to hospital.

Just phoned his shop and luckily he's only sprained his wrist and not broken it.

ive actually broken a bone in my right hand and my left wrist is still very sore. .

looks like i wont be racing at burnham national and possibly peterborough as well.

just want to say thankyou to everyone at the track last night for there concern and helping to organise vehicles etc

Like everyone said go see Brian Simpson (only in Ipswich Zippy), after laser on my collar bone I could lift a 25kg sack within a week.
