if you want some for an old school, era correct build, put a post in the wanted section or look on evilbay.

if you just want a set of new ones you can get them from a few different places.

I bought a new set last year from a UK vendor,( £110) but when I needed another set earlier this year I had to get some from the US, and that got expensive >:( (£160)

you could always just buy a 20" spoked wheel with a coaster brake from ebay, (there are always some on there fairly cheep) stick it on your bike and see if you like it.

do you have a build that you are thinking of putting them on?

Possibly onto an '84 torker with Tuff II's (Alloy hubs)

I'm sure there was an alloy hub tuff II coaster wheel in the for sale section a little while ago (maybe only a week) Have a look, maybe it didn't sell!

the new ones are only available in pairs unfortunately, you're probably better of getting an era correct one for your build anyway.

a wanted post should pull one out of the closet fairly quickly.

what colour tuffs do you have?

A coaster brake is a brake built in to the rear hub.

When you pedal backwards, it causes the brake in the hub to lock, causing the wheel to stop moving.

If the bike is moving backwards and you dont try and pedal backwards, the bike will move backwards without the pedals(crank) moving backwards too .. like a freewheel would

We used coaster brakes BITD for tricks which needed the back wheel locked with your hands off the handle bars - like no hander kick turns, & bar spin kick turns. They are also good for 540 kickturns where the caliper brakes slip a bit. Also good for roll backs because with the pedals level you can roll for ever without pedaling. Great for dropping in on a quater pipe because you put your weight on the back facing pedal, so you can hold the stall for longer.

And yes they are good for skids....... ;)

But be careful, they take a bit of getting used to  :daumenhoch:

Number of times i went over the handle bars going up curb's as when you pull up the bars you lean back and the back wheel locks. leaving the bike where it is and you keep going

tbh if you are of the more mature persuasion, as most of us are, if you didn`t use one bitd i would stay well clear now, they take some getting used to  :-[
