Been practicing the last couple of weeks, thanks for all the little tips, its coming together slowly.
Feels a little more natural getting the front wheel up, less jerking on the bars, more weight over the back wheel

Practice, practice, practice.

I kinda already had manuals but not to the extent where I could go forever, well today I tried the looking forward thing as it made no sense to me, I always looked at the front tyre but wow what a difference looking forward makes.
I'm also keeping off the rear brake much more now.
Thanks for the tips.

Anyone seen Karl Poynters manual in road fools 15..........amazing he goes round and round a skatepark for ages, he does backwards manuals too, really good watch.

when i rode a motorbike everyone said at first look furthur up the road and as far round the corner as possible
dont look down ,i said ye right but bloody nora i went round the corner 5 times smoother and much faster just took guts.
manuals are the same you will go were your looking,its a balance perseptive i think in the mind.
