prob is the pic, but if i were selling a quad  id have loads of pics up, the top tube by the seat post doesnt look right either? maybe  it is the pic, or a repair job?

I thought only the loopy quads had the spilt top tube (where it meets the seatpost?)

just  a shadow. save photo, invert in photoshop, you can clearly see shade difference.
