My sons Aero Reflex build
« on: April 21, 2009, 04:50 PM »
As some of you know my 14yr son also has a Old school fascination. This is his second build after the Falcon Pro Cruiser last year.

I bought him this for Xmas and i built it then un-built it to swap things around for him to do himself. massive thanks have to go to Moose for giving him the Redline crank set and also the ACS Brakes and also steve Beech TA for giving Reece the Gold Victors DX pedals. Other thanks to Sawzell for shining up the rims for him and of course Del for his superb stickers which arrived today.

Anyway i know its only an Aero Reflex but please try and enjoy a 14yr old work  :4_17_5:  ( i fitted the stickers by the way)

Will try to get a pad set of Steve( Firebird) when he has built his funds up again.

Cheers Guys.

Andy if hes gonna ride it watch those brake lever bolts, looks like the levers are on the wrong side, those bolts pretrude a bit and if he comes off I wouldnt want him cause any injury to himself on those pretruding bolts buddy  :daumenhoch:

Cheers Matt, good spot mate. It is a rider so we'll have to cut the excess off or reverse them.

When we bought the Tech 3's they never had the fixing hardware so i just bought some nut and bolts for him. They do look long don't they.

Ok, levers now on correct side   :LolLolLolLol: so the bolts are underneath, they still need cutting shorter though. a job for tomorrow now.
