Thanks Matt, Yeah its one of a few similar ones i took on that day. Its always a suprise to see what you have accumulated  :idiot2:

A lot of those frames were boaught at really good prices or traded for tat that i wasnt interested in so all in all it wasnt hugely expensive. Theres been a few come and go since then too,Jay has a couple of the gen 1 masters and i have a few other gen 2 masters as well

Heres another, not too far off topic as there are a few masters in here

Bought this not too long ago to build up as and when. Wanted something to keep my hand in while I was taking it easy.

Stunning that Si, and the green one in the background. If you ever want to sell, give me a nudge first  ;)

Green one isn't mine. It's the guy I bought the white one from.  ;) I think he's sold that one already.

Guess what the HP48's were for.  :LolLolLolLol:

I've got most of the bits to build it but I'm going to look out for some of the parts you can't skimp on, so a Haro freestyle stem in white is next on my list of things to find. It'll have Skyways on it until I can get my 48's rechromed and re spoked.

That is a thing of beauty isn't it.

I had one of those as a frame and forks I bought from ebay because it had a headset on it I wanted. Sold it though to recoop some money a few weeks later (habit of mine)

I wanted to try and build my 86 Master to spec but I think that's just not going to be practical or that easy so I will do a general build that will evolve as and when better parts turn up.

86s came with Group 1 Cranks, DC Nippons & MKS Grafite's, all of which are quite hard to find now, you should be able to find most of the other parts quite easily to make a nice build  8)

Look for ward to seeing this built  :)

Agreed !  ;) and the nippons are blue anno'd, they only seem to be available on completes BITD, a serious pain to get hold of these days..

Best of luck for the build Zippy, you already got a gorgeous frameset  :daumenhoch:

I know have my grubby little hands on this gem. It's as mint as a very mint thing. No marks on the dropouts or anything. :smitten:

Now should I go for Peregrine 48's or Skyways.
