New flatland build...
« on: April 17, 2009, 11:11 PM »
Finally got this finished for my buddy BobK & he's pretty happy with how it's turned out. Still got some fettling to do with the cables (nokon outer on lower rears are too floppy so will go back to standard outer) & fork steerer tube length will be sorted but it's ready for it's maiden voyage :daumenhoch:

Custom build from Tony Strickler @ Mountaintop Fabrications & is a nice quality, hand made frame based on a recent Chase Gouin model but with different tube lengths, thickness, angles & dropout design.

Had to go with a traditional top gyro cable (cheers Stodgy) as the rise of the bars & inverted stem was too much for an M2 or modulever cable (he's a tall lad).

If he isn't making triple decades in a week on this bitch, he needs a kicking >:D

Crazy man, Crazy!

I'd love to have a go :D

all the angles look so sharp! I bet it's easy to come a cropper on one of those?

I'm really drawn to the flatland bikes, so technical, so many nice little bits!

you've done a lovely job putting this one together, good on ya :daumenhoch:
