« on: April 18, 2009, 11:24 AM »
Here's my 1985/86 Redline 600CXL (19.5" TT)
I tried doing something completely different to the norm and i think it has turned out very nice  :smitten:
Any comments good or bad greatly appreciated  :)

How it was -

And how it looks now  :smitten:

Sorry about all the pictures  :-[

Huge Thanks to Steve & Del  :4_17_5:

Paul  :coolsmiley:

Loving that, much better in blue/white.  Makes a really nice change to red Redline builds.

I would change the post for a chrome one though to match the bars, but hey ho. ;)

One general question... How are those brakes used?  I never understand as they are so far away from the grips (This is a general question, not aimed at this particular bike - which is lush).

Chrome was shot at in quite a few places JT  :'(
I hear the comments about the seatpost  :daumenhoch:
The blue post was to compliment these bars that were gonna be used in the finished artical but changed my mind  :-\

 :coolsmiley:

Danny , Its easy to reach the brake lever even though it looks miles away  ;)
