Mate I tried every possible scam going to get a business trip home, but they just wouldnt have it. I even resorted to using some of my vouchers to get back, that got fcuked right off by the missus!!

Great Racing today lads and some nice bikes on show!!

I really enjoyed it today!!

Mucho Thanks to Rollin72 for the videoing even though he's not a professional (I've just listened to your commentary Gaz!!)

A very strong showing by the Scots. Plenty of crashes and quite a few surprises.

All the footage has just started converting to DivX. It took ages to edit all the races!!

It'll take a couple of hours to convert and then I'll try and get it up ASAP but it probably wont be up until tomorrrow night!!

Had a great day 'up north' today.
See some familiar faces and put some names to faces too. Top work fellas.
The racing was excellent, tussling with Beard all day.

Great turnout for SnS too.
Will try and get to some more of these meetings.

What a fantastic day at Preston yesterday... still got a big grin now...

31 Old Skool Riders!!! the Northern Monkies are keepin' it real...

I had told myself on the way to Preston that making the 'B' Final was gonna be a real achievement considering the numbers and quality of the riders...

So I was proper chuffed to make the Semi's and finished 5th in the B Final....

The riding was fantastic from all 31 riders... the A Final was simply brilliant to watch... the Preston Crowd loved it!!!

I was amazed at the variety and quality of bikes that turned out for the Show & Shine (well done to all those who made the effort to bring a Carpet Queen along!!)

Winning 3rd Prize was the icing on the cake of a superb Sunday at the track...

Thanks guys... The North is rockin'...

ps - Emma & Beth had my Camera for most of the day and got a load of pics which I will get uploaded asap.

As I explained to a couple of people yesterday... its been built on a 'beard' budget... this time next year she should be FULL spec...

She does look the part though/... never gonna find a COMP II for the rear though...
