It has been brought to my attention that it is a SILVER MEMBERSHIP that is required to race in all classes from the 1st of May (except Novices), and not a SILVER LICENCE, as I previously stated. This is being enforced across the board, and a list will be brought on the day of all those that have applied online but have not yet recieved their licence, to avoid dissapointment for anyone who has left it a bit late.

Has your missus got an OS Cruiser she can race OS with?

Or is she racing NS?

Hopefully the Tartan Army will be down for this one!!

They're quick too!!

Hopefully the Tartan Andy Ruffell will make an appearance!!  :LolLolLolLol:

Please put me and my Firebird down for racing and show & shine, No. 84.

After watching that DVD solidly for 3 weeks, I'll be like Andy bloody Ruffell in his hey-day!

Moley, two more riders for the list- they asked me to put their names up at gates today, Andy hasn't got a Rad account. He probably spends more time on more 'specialist' sites.....
Andy Lennon, Raleigh Burner, number as yet unknown.
Mark Huddart- Mark's after a long OS frame and forks if anyone can help. He wants to race 01 (from 1986!)
They were both on 20" today and looking pretty quick, in fact Andy snapped me on the old Burner, but he was running 41/17!

too many baggers will stuff the regional points up a bit

How will it stuff the points up Russ? The higher up you finish, the more points you get. If somebody turns up just to race the one race and doesn't bother again, it shouldn't make a jot of difference in the long run. Finn went to two or three regionals down south last year and won, but he didn't qualify for a ranking because he didn't do the minimum number of events. Don't forget you can drop your worst results.... and I'm sure Andy and Mark are flattered to be called sandbaggers!

Should change the name from "Old School Race" to "Sand Baggers Race"  >:D

 ;)
I might actually build a bike this year instead of just hoarding parts :)

I don't see a problem who races at all  >:D

it's like saying
" ooo I don't want anybody else to join in racing incase they beat me at every meet "  :'(

I hope they'res alot of new faces turn up for this one , even though they'll probably only do this particular outing  as a one -off  ::)

Besides bring on the competition

That big trophy is MINE for the taking  >:D

So who's  up for being behind me in 2nd place  ;)

Sand baggers ?

Who said bof was racing  :-\

He's just waiting for his hatrick at MK09  :coolsmiley:

There's some quality riders turn up there and nobody complains

O/S rules don't state

" You must have 1" headset , caliper brake and you MUST be shit on a bike "  :police:

but it helps the rest of us if you are shit though

  :LolLolLolLol: :LolLolLolLol: :LolLolLolLol:

It's taken me 38 years to realise , I'm not gonna get any better  ;D

but doesn't stop me tryin'  :daumenhoch:
