Rickman Freestyler
« on: April 23, 2009, 07:31 PM »
Just finished this project which has taken about a year to get to this point.

Spec is close to how ABMX tested it BITD, but with a few differences to make it more like the one I used to own myself

Frame/Forks/Bars have original paint and decals in fairly good survivor condition
(have some new decals but can't bear to remove the old ones)

Thanks to the good folks of RadBMX for supplying many of the parts and for the Resto info section
Must say I had alot of fun ebay hunting, skyway bleaching, coaster hub rebuilding, etc.

Hope you guys like it

And back in 1984 ish... :-)

Great job you've done there  :daumenhoch: I have cool memories of the one I rode for a while in about '86/87, learned one footed tables & no footers on it, I'd sprayed it ford olympic blue & was gutted when it broke  :'(
