Can you post a pic  ???

Does it have a Baseball symbol  ???

They were made in US in 84, Japan 84-85 & Taiwan 85 on I think  ???

& they were all a little bit different, there was a link on here sometime ago where all the changes were listed, someone may have it  :)

There is no baseball symbol,
And I guess it must have been on here I looked at a list of Hutch serial nšs but can't remember, I seem to recall it was a USA made '86.(But maybe that's just my memory playing with me)
The serial number is on the left rear dropout on the bottom.

will post pic's when I can.

Thanks for the help guys,
Steve. :daumenhoch:

Its a USA made frame if there is no baseball symbol, show us a pic, easier that way  :daumenhoch:

Only the Jap ones had a Baseball Symbol, so it could be Taiwan  ???

The platform around the seat tube is a little different as well.

Hi Guys,
Ok here are some pics, Now regarding the brake bridge stamping although it doesn't show in pic it appears that the "C" is a good one like the USA pic already sent by Glen, I have added pics of platform area as well to see if you can tell as I don't know about the differences in it.

Ok guys do your thing ! :daumenhoch:

Cheers,
Steve.

Yeah that's right the early ones didn't have fork pegs but did have 990 mounts on the bottomside of the chainstays and the annoying rear standers removed  ::)

I got this frame and forks late '80's and the lad had the 990 mounts put on, rear standers cut off and I removed the fork standers.

There you go Steve ... said i'd post up a pic when it was done.  Had the cable guides and brake mounts removed.  Also cleaned up the areas where the frame standers and pegs were removed .... metallic grey powder and new decals and it's ready to go!
