fitting bar grips

Want to put some new grips on my bars, but not glue them on. what do others use, want to ride with them on but may have to remove them at some point, cheers

spit on the bars (just a tiny bit) then slip the grips on

when you want em off, shove a screw drive into em and tip some water in and twist.

Cheers, last time i used a bit of washing up liquid, but grips anyways slipped.

I find the best thing is hairspray.

Seriously - spray it inside the grip which lubricates it, slip it on nice and easy, then when it's dried it's nice and firm  :)

dont use anything or they will always come lose, there is a special technique to get grips on & off in seconds, i'll take a few photo's 2moro & post a how to...(these techniques were mastered in the ghetto when kids left their bikes outside shops that had better grips on than yours, they came out to find they had no grips)

two cable ties in the grips, slide grips on to bars with a cable tie each side of the bar, pull out ties, job done.
