why can i not put a new avatar on my acc

hi mate, you hav to use a pic from photobucket and copy the link into the 'i have my own pic' column, as the rad server is full apparently

not sure about size but its the 'IMG code' link you need to copy and paste

Ok guys I'm copying the img code from photobucket but it still won't load, any Ideas ?

Im new here ive been trying for days to get photos on here. Where is the avatar
