Thanks Niall for the offer to pick me up in Glasgow.

Good idea Davey, I think I will take the chopper. I was out in it earlier in the week. Here's Edinburgh bypass.

Only kidding, Ian Archibald is kindly taking me through. Looks like there is some light rain forecast.  :(

See you all tomorrow.

Good day at the track today. Thanks to Ian Archibald for the lift through.  :daumenhoch:

I will post a link to the library of the photos later, but here's a few highlights.

Cheers

Looks like OS class will be a three horse race for a while
Like this pic of Paul Fox, even though his heid is cropped out.
Scott's trademark jumping style

Good to see Kevin back at the track giving the GT resto a spin

Kenny on his new One bike, nice!

Hanging around the start hill

Thanks Davey for MCing today

Great piccies Stevo to go with some great racing. A full gate of 6-7yo boys provided some impressive riding from the youngers. A full gate of OS had elbows banging, and two motos for the 17+ was simply mad.

Another great day. Thanks all  :daumenhoch:

Results will be posted on www.titansbmx.co.uk soon Mark.

Got a message from the mother of South Africa's No. 1 (17 expert). They are planning to visit the track for the 21 June race. Probably would race in 17+ with Kenny H, etc.
Quote
I am Angela McGlade from South Africa and i am coming over to scotland on holiday with my husband. My youngest son rides for  17 expert age group and is SA NO 1.  I would like to come and visit the track during my holiday and if possible work on finishline. Please advise if you have any races, i will be in Scotland from the 19th June until the end of June. Please advise, i currently have my sa colours for finishline and would like to gain experience in another country. I would also like to enquire if you have bmx shirts for sale and if you would like me to bring some from Kempton Park in South Africa. I hope to hear from you soon.

Regards
Angela McGlade
We will wait and see if they come along.

Great pics Stevo.

Hopefully next time I'll make it in time for the racing. See you all in a couple of weeks (if we can't get Glentress sorted out this weekend!)   :daumenhoch:

Kenny does that make it an International?!   We might be able to get a few of the Northerners up from Engerland for this one.

I feel a publicity drive coming on...

PS Maybe hold-off ordering the NS Rippers for me & Iain until after this race!

CALM DOWN DEAR!  The lad isn't coming over to race, just his mum on this trip.  Maybe we can make some contacts overseas and arrange an exchange trip, or at the very least get some new Facebook buddies.  Stevo, how about you get a few of the Titans' MK08 design shirts redone so they can get sent over to SA?

You guys are more than welcome.  You can all stay at Kenny Scullion's flat, just up the round from the track!  >:D  Seriously though, that would be great if some of the Northern riders made the trip.  Even if you can't make the June dates, remember we have our big Open Championships on 6th September.  Maybe one to pencil in yer diary.....
