it looks like it's scratched up with sandpaper in an attemp to make the red paint stick - didn't help though

Mine looked like death warmed up when I got it, but a bit of TLC and now I wouldn't sell my 1978 Team for the world If it's too far gone, then the only colour acceptable to powder-coat a Team is candy apple red....... cheers spen - I've heard similar stories with sealing over the scratches with Autosol on Nickel, I'll give it a try - another fun distraction from life
Problem is, I ride my bikes, so posh paint-jobs are no use at all
