annodizing

is it possible to annodize a suntour power stem?
if so,can anyone recommend anywhere near brum or a place i could  post it to

Even worse  - you have to remove the nuts first.

Even worse  - you have to remove the nuts first.  

Go steady, once the nuts are removed. It is the grinding of the shaft against the head that really hurts.
