Are you sure he`s over 15 years old  :LolLolLolLol:
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

Don't think much of the trophy he's holding up, but I guess at that age anything is exciting

Myself Wolfy and Batty Buckmore all made the A final in 30-39
Cruiser, BB took the honours after nearly pushing me over
the 1st turn (fair move would do the same) Well done to
Zippy on his 1st outing we caught him trying to register in
novice but got him to ride expert with the big boys.

The mugshot is Dave Glendower - otherwise known as Extremepervert - no wonder he wanted to race with the novice boys  :D

Wish I'd got a copy of the results but was too busy clearing our bits up.  Was a fantastic day with 117 registrations which on a c**p weather day begs the question how many would have turned up if it had been nice!!  Some comments about the day over on BMX Talk but the real stars of the day were the riders who slugged it out in pretty grim conditions on a track which stood up very well considering.  All went home with a bucket of our top surface attached to their bikes and we want it back!!  Well done to the BADBMX Committee and helpers who made it all happen.  We'll be waxing lyrical about this one for a long time yet.  If anyone wants to help us at BAD when we start running Club meetings then declare your interest on www.badbmx.com and we'll let you know when our next Committee meeting is and where.  Humps

Humps,

Great day (despite my early retirement again!).  Track held up really well considering and still provided lots of grip.  Well done to everyone who helped build the track and organise the day.

PS: Why didn't the mayoress have a go  :LolLolLolLol:

a great days racin. bad luck for mr rusty but im sure he'll be back once injuries have been sorted. just wondering if extreme pervert will be riding in the junior class next meeting as he seems to be going backwards as far as racing age groups stands i.e. first expert, then novice what next ;D
amazing track shame about the weather but hey some great racin in the 30-39 cruiser class :daumenhoch: :Great_Britain:

Just how good is ther surface on our track??

I recon 90% of the tracks in the country would have been flooded out after all the rain we have had, but we still had a great surface!

And even greater racing!

Thanks to everyone for coming along despite the weather, I really hope everyone had a great day!

As for the 15+ novice....

Nah - not fare for me to say. If Dave feels he is truly a novice now (Even though an EX PRO BMX Racer) then I can not say otherwise. He won fair and square (Sorta!! - used superclass moves to take out riders 1/3 his age and size! ;) )

But I guess a win is a win!

Leave it out guys, that's the class I'd have been in if I'd raced.  I think he did bloody well considering he was racing against a bunch of lighter/fitter guys.  Dale seemed to appreciate the lesson in berm technique anyway, he didn't fall for it twice!  Most of you guys have used that particular trick more than once.

LMAO

It's all in fun, and I am sure Dave is big and strong enough to tell us if he is upset by anything!

Of course he can't catch you on the straight Dale, he's old enough to be your dad!! ;D

You saw the other races with riders exiting over the top of the 2nd berm and all, welcome to real racing.  The only dirty thing about the racing was the weather. ;)

Well done Dave for holding out against the young adults.

Well done Dale for learning so quickly.

dave did race in expert at hayes the week before and got blown away! im not particularly quick but even i left him a fair way back. maybe he needs to ride 30-39 cruiser? some of the slower guys in that group he could stay with im sure as i rode it for a year.
dale toughen up thats racing you will get elbowed, wait till you go expert!!

Surely if you have raced in expert you cant drop down to novice at the next race!

what happend in the burm was not called for but was his only chance of winning because he could not catch me in the straight.

Get with the program dale, it's called racing. Get im my way in a corner and sorry but your going over the berm!  :knuppel2:
