mx 1000 dia-compe custom painted green+white with tech 4 levers,
hatta headset,
skyway tuff 2s,
sugino crankset,
gleemin frame + fork set,
all in very,very,very good nick,

mate, for a first build, that aint bad...

i remember doing mine and i thouroughly enjoyed doing it...its a good buzz eh?

so, as far as adivce goes, heres mine....
drop the stem a little bit,  1 cm gap tops to your headset...pull your bars back so they are  perfectly vertical, and thats the stance sorted...

then you have a good look at it, look at some other bikes in the museum, and you have another fiddle however you think...

thats what its all about..

oh, and clean your wheels..them grubby finger marks do it no justice whatsoever

plus I'm a sucker for Tuffs

I agree with JT - some simple tweaks will finish it off.

I like the Powerlite frames but they are a race frame and should in purist terms be built with race parts. But, TBH it's your bike and if you're happy then job done!

not a bad effort my fellow gooner!!!id go with what the rest said.i built a haro group 1 for my first attempt after 20 years or so away from bmx,it turned out well but cost a fair bit of dosh which at the end of the day would have been better spent throwing myself straight in at the deep end.anyhows im now hooked and build number 3 is gonna be finished by may(fingers crossed!)good luck with your next one ,youre gonna need deeeeeeeeeeeeep pockets,im finding that out!!!by the way i reckon that fourth spot in the league is ours now,at long last we're on a roll!!!!
