Can any one tell me how the hell they come out? ive tried turning every which way and nothing

are they minters?

if not, and they are stuck in, gouge em out with a screw driver and get some new ones off rakas on here

There not the worse ive seen but looks like the screw driver route is the only way. The 2 little slots have had some hammer before so now nothing will grip in them.

Ill wait till i have some fundage in paypal and order a new set.

nice pedals...they will clean up a treat, and are defo worthy of a new set of caps...

bit of spit/polish and they'll look like new

Trouble is the area surrounding gets mashed and forms a lip over the caps.
Either gotta drill a hole in them then prize them out or get a small screwdriver down the side.
I broke one of mine but they had holes in them already, got a nice shiny new pair.
