so im hopefully getting my new United mid bb tomorrow and was just wondering, do i need to wack the sealed bearings in the cups or knock the cups out then put in the sealed bearings?

 If your frame has a US bb,then you`ll need to knock the old bearing s out of the cups and (hopefully) be able to press the new bearings in by hand.

 :) You`ve lost me-where do cups come into it then? The mid bearings are just like the ones in US cups,should just press into the frame.
