i will get a bike check in the new school area  ,its not actually finished yet chris
awaiting wheels and a few bits but nearly there.
the 09 frame came in at 5.5LB  but as a complete its just over 25.4LB with 4 pegs   2 brakes and 2 hub guards
so should come in at 24 ish as a normal rider

and yes chris your blue inspired me  .

Very nice Dan, very nice.

I almost got an STA when they were first out. I didnt like the platforms (and the shortness) of the first standards but I thought the STA was very nice. If the chain stays didnt hang down so low I might well have got one  :-[

cool Dan, well done - I personally dont mind any mid school bikes having later or earlier parts - its just how we rode them - upgraded a little later on, or threw old stock form shops on when they were cheap - so those tyres work for me totally.
And the new STA looks fun, good on you for riding a solidly made frame of a respectable weight - kind of like the new Dirtbike in ethos - I love that new STA!

wow! extremly nice sta  :smitten: ive always really like these, they ride nice. perfect parts on it.  :daumenhoch:

and yes its true about finding mid parts. i wouldnt say the tires are off era. this is a 94/95 sta? and the vmonster was available in 95. i saw quite a few stas back then that looked exactly like this.  id say its spot on.
