Its simple, undo a couple of bolts and the lever opens up, then clip on to the bars and retighten

yes, just they wouldnt fit my vectors as tubing too big, oh well must be me

Really? Blimey. I did fit a blue/yellow one on 1st then changed it. That was slightly bigger so maybe the levers did come in different diameter sizes?
