any tips how to get these out as i think they might require more than a good wack 
or is it best to take it to a shop to sort it,cheers :daumenhoch:

 :) Extension bar from a socket set.Insert from opposite side,tap around the cup a few times and it should come out fine.The bearings can sometimes come out of the cup,but are easy to pop back in.
