Are these Renthal V bars?

Any info appreciated. Blue anodized aluminum, has stampings "GB British Made" and year stamp "01   82". Measures 23.1/4" by 9".

Well i dunno, Renthal stuff was made in England so it could be ;)

all the renthals i've seen have a straight bolt on cross bar

not heard them making V bars

No, sorry. But the shop i worked in which stocked Renthals had the rep in every other week for 3 years and the only Renthals I ever saw were braced or for minis unbraced. Never saw any with welded crossbars.

Maybe they just some generic bars, we had loads of stuff from various suppliers like Landar,Chang Star and the like which was the budget end of the range,although looking at those bars GB made, i wouldnt have thought it was from them as those 2 i mention were Asian import stuff...  ???

ok just seen the pic of the whole bars itself which i didnt see last night, they are deffo not Renthal ;)

Thank you for the replies. Seems very interesting. Wish i knew more of British made parts & brands in eneral. Renthal was just my guess that came to mind first. The clamp are is smooth, no knurling and they have quite a bit of back sweep. Also the weld are very clean, so are the bends.

Has a similar set 2 that Bitd I think they were Wassall bars , motorbike manufacturer of bars like Renthal
