Thing is both bikes have been on ebay before and just got to over a grand then where pulled, so why re-list at £3000

I think he's doing it so no-one can bid on it!!

I think he preparing himself for some stupidly high bids so he made  buy it only and offers only.

This way he can vet all offers and just flog it to the person who wants it for a price which he thinks is good!!
