STUCK HEADSET CUP

 :) Been hammering the crap out of a cup all day.Bugger won`t budge.I`ve left it for a few hours after giving it a good squirt of GT85 but still no joy.Any hints/tips please?

if i get chance i will call 2moz, was going to do today but i forgot the bolt in that seat post clamp, i have some big chisels and a fookin big hamer in my van, other than that try heating the frame with a heat gun ( not hairdrier) might expand it enough for it to slip out....   :daumenhoch:

Use an old steel seatpost and hammer and work your way round the cup on opposite sides with each strike  :daumenhoch:

i use a 3/8" drive extension bar to insert through the headtube and knock it out from the inside, had a few tight ones but they usually come out if you hit it hard enough.

same as above.......use an extension bar and go round the cup hitting it like it was a fat cat banker  :daumenhoch:

take it to your LBS and they can twat it using the proper tools!
