that bike is the american version of raleigh bikes raleigh racings. But pretty sure the rider must have put his own spec on it such as skyways

Its a 84/5 Raleigh USA frameset (made by Huffy).. I was given one to race when out in the states for 3months with family by Mike Fatka who was kind of the US's version of Sam Woods here (Raleigh Team Manager)
A guy called Ron House who used to race was a pretty mean freestyler on one of those bikes too...
