GT Aggressor
« on: February 15, 2009, 09:43 PM »
I got this off quadrophenia(pete) a while ago and planned on doing it all white as i couldn't afford a rechrome and dont really like chrome anyway.

it's been under my desk at work for a while and i'd kinda lost motivation but i'm leaving soon so thought i'd better get some paint on it as it had had the chrome stripped of and been sand blasted.

thought i'd go for a purple as i dont own any bikes in that sort of colour.  my birds yoga matt semmed to compliment it nicely for the pics. ;D

its gonna have 95 spoke peregrine wheels and i've got some white pananracer tyres for it.

if anyone has one of these then let me know cos the only people that i can find that own them havent got back to me with photos for sticker remaking. ??? >:(

thanks for looking,  joe :daumenhoch:

yeah, i messaged mark ages ago.

 he's only got these ones

and i want these ones

theres a 3 of these on bmxmuseum and only one guy got back to me, and he cant send pics of the stickers cos he said the bike isn't where he is.  :'(

it'll have to go stickerless for the time being. i think the yellow and black stripey ones are rancid and will look even more so on my purple paint job.

Just a quick one:
How are you going to use the rear brake down there? Can't see you drilling thru the seattube now the paint's on.

^^^ that's what i did with mine. I bought a removable bashguard '91 chrome f+f brand new without the bashguard, drilled through seattube + ran a pitbull on chainstay bridge. Still got the frame, Had it welded more than once. It had yellow + pink scribble-style "aggressor" on downtube + same colour, regular gt font stickers elsewhere.

May be worth getting in touch with this chap at bmxmuseum.com.  Loads of GT decals although he doesn't have Aggressor ones listed.  I bought a Hutch set from him a good few years ago - pretty quick overseas delivery.

Bike looks fantastic btw  :daumenhoch:
