Strange ebay bids?
« on: February 18, 2009, 08:52 PM »
Can anyone tell me what this bidding is about?

This is the second item I want to bid on from this seller and I'm not convinced that it is legit because of the bidding history names on it?  It is the same as the previous item too.  I haven't seen this before and obviously dont want to buy something that is artificially increased in price, because that is what it looks like is hapening.

Any kind of explaination would be appreciated.
Thanks Ben

The seller has chosen to keep the bidders I.D. a secret for whatever reason.Every user on ebay has this right.

Always seems daft to me as your ebay name is scrambled anyhow.

Oh ok . . . I didn't know you could do that?

I lost my faith in the item because the bidding wasn't transparent!?

It put me off and I imagine it might put other people off bidding too?
